    The staff service was secons to none and outstripped that of the other, better known Istanbul hotels in which I've stayed. Corner room was great, and although it faced onto the main street, I didn't notice any noise coming from below.

    Many taxis don't know the place, which could pose problems for those new in the city.

    The hotel boasts an friendly and attentive staff who enhance the experience, especially the amazing service from Serdar and Derya. Cleanliness was really good, though the room felt slightly outdated. Conveniently located near Taksim Square, this place offers a pleasant stay with tasty breakfast options available.

    Modern, clean room with helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great location for conference at the military museum. If it is good enough for the pope, it is good enough for me!

    Internet access in the room was spotty at first, then improved. Had to restart laptop to reconnect to internet each time my computer 'slept'. It is a busy area so there are lots of traffic noise, but I think this would be the case anywhere in Istanbul - it is a busy, large city!

    Nice spacious corner room upgrade for free. Very polite and helpful staff, even for extraordinary questions. Calm, clean, elegant - generally high standard. I liked the lcoation, 10mintes walk from Taksim and some interesting streets around.

    Rather noisy from the street side when window open. Could be a little more functional: hangers, shower. breakfast buffet is not very impresing but decent.

    Particularly Fatine. The location is prime, nestled between Nisantasi and Taksim, full of shops and good eateries.

    Only room service - this was prompt but less than half page of menu!

    Room service closes at 10:30 pm. If you arrive a bit late, you can't have anything in the hotel. Not even a cup of coffee. There was no arrangement in the room to make your own tea. Breakfast was a joke. I moved to another hotel after 2 days which is 2/3rd of the price and 100 times better than Bentley. Never go there, again.

    The staff here were great. Ercan, Furkan, and Saleem were especially helpful, always ensuring we were comfortable. The sea view from my King Suite with Balcony was amazing.

    I noticed a lack of certain basic amenities in the room that would have elevated the experience.

    1- Room Service Close at 12:00 am and Open at 7:00 am 2- No Coffee Maker in the Room 3- I Booked a Double Room with 2 beds and I got a King Size bed then they gave my friend extra bed which was not comfortable

    Stayed in a Floor Suite, clean and nicely decorated. Fresh breakfast.

    Maintenance is somewhat lacking, breakfast could be more assorted. Lobby is not very cosy. A bit too far from Taksim, though taxi is cheap and you can go around by foot.
